Inactivity strictness? Empty Inactivity strictness?

Post by Rocker Wed Jul 10, 2013 1:30 am

I know I got some complaints about the inactiveness of this site. I need oppinions. Should I make the inactivity problems involved in rules? Like if you're inactive for more than 2 weeks/1 month, you need to contact me in some way shape or form? Or should I not care? Let me know what you think!

My opinion...
If they're in a role-play, they should contact you or post on the thread/in a separate thread within a certain amount of time, letting us know what to do while they're gone (like, whether to skip them or not).
If they aren't in any role-plays, let it go. Plenty of people join a site then forget about it.

If you have regular contact with someone, and are able to let them know about what's going on with the site, then inactivity shouldn't be a problem. However, if a Roleplay is being affected then, there should be some kind of rule. But, if they're just there and not really doing much on the site, then they're fine.
